Kogi govt assures of support as kogi got talent season 2.0
ends. Kogi state government says it would continue to accord priority to youth
development. Speaking at the grand finale of the kogi got talent 2.0.
The chief of staff to the governor, Chief Edward Onoja
commended the organizers for his resilience to organize the event noting that
such initiative is in consonance with the present new direction policy of the
state govt.
Chief Edward who was visibly elated with the show of talents
by the participants, assured of govt involvement in the area of sponsorship in
subsequent editions and congratulated the overall winner of the event Master
Anderson Peter for the rich display of his skills and talents at a tender age.
In a remark, the C. E. O of Gospelite Nigeria Company,
Organiser of the program Mr. Job Daniel Amana thanked God and all that believed
in his vision adding that even in the face of daunting challenges, he remained
resolute.
Mr. Joe further stated that his desire was to continue to
provide the platform for the youths to discover their potentials and nurture it
to stardom. He appealed for the support of the govt, corporate organizations
and individuals to assist in making the event a global brand as it is capable
in reducing unemployment and crimes and criminality in the society.
Highlight of the program was the emergence of the 8year
saxophonist Master Anderson Peter as the overall winner of the kogi got talent
2.0, Grace Ojochide 1st runner up and Kosi Francis 2nd runner up who all walked
away with cash and other consolation prizes.
